Home & Sleep Outlet sends occasional text messages with sales, new arrivals and promotions to shoppers who ask for them. This page explains how to sign up, what you will receive, how to stop, and how we handle your number.

How to sign up

On homesleepoutlet.com, our “Get 5% off your order” sign-up asks for your email address and, optionally, a phone number for offer texts. Next to the phone number is a checkbox that is unchecked unless you tick it. It reads:

Yes, text me offers and updates from Home & Sleep Outlet at this number. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Texting is optional. You get the 5% discount whether or not you tick the box, and you never need to agree to texts to buy from us.

After you sign up, we send one text asking you to confirm. You only receive offers after you reply YES.

What you will receive

• Offers, sales, new arrivals and store news from Home & Sleep Outlet.
• Message frequency varies, usually a few messages a month.
• Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) at any time. We confirm with one final message and send nothing more.
• Reply HELP for help, call us at (214) 440-2358, or email support@homesleepoutlet.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your phone number

• We use your number only to send the texts you asked for and to answer your replies.
• We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with any third party or affiliate for their marketing.
• Our texts are sent through Bed Sync, the technology provider that runs our website and messaging, solely on our behalf.
• We keep a record of when and how you agreed to receive texts, and of any opt-out.
