Privacy Policy

Effective November 5, 2026

Home & Sleep Outlet (“we”, “us”) runs the furniture and mattress store at 8405 Lakeview Pkwy, Suite 224, Rowlett, TX 75088 and the website homesleepoutlet.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Questions and requests. When you ask about a product, request financing information or contact us, you give us your name, phone number and, if you choose, your email and a message.
• Orders. When you buy online, you give us your name, phone, email, delivery address and the items you choose. Card payments are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page; we never see or store your full card number.
• Sign-ups. When you sign up for our 5% offer, you give us your email and, if you choose, a phone number for offer texts.
• Text messages. If you agree to texts, we keep your number, a record of your consent, and your replies.

Information collected automatically

• Your cart and similar choices are saved in your own browser so they are there when you come back.
• Product views. To show how many people viewed a product today, we count visits using a scrambled code made from your internet address. We do not store the address itself, and the code cannot identify you.
• Technical logs. Like any website, our servers record basic technical information (such as browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and help you shop.
• To process, deliver and support your orders, including protection plans you buy.
• To send the emails and texts you asked for, such as order updates and, if you signed up, offers.
• To prevent fraud and spam, keep the site secure, and meet legal and tax requirements.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run the store, and only what they need to do their part:

• Bed Sync, which operates our website, online ordering and messaging on our behalf.
• Stripe, which processes card payments.
• Deliveright, for deliveries beyond our own delivery area (your name, phone, address and the items).
• New Leaf, if you buy a New Leaf Protection Plan, to register your coverage.
• Financing partners (Acima, Snap Finance, Koalafi and Synchrony). If you apply for financing through our website, the information in your application goes to the lender you choose, which handles it under its own privacy policy.
• Google, to work out delivery distance from your address and to show our store reviews.
• Email and text message providers that deliver our messages.
• Cloudflare, which may check that a form is being filled in by a person, to block spam.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or our customers, or as part of a sale of the business.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party or affiliate for their marketing.

Text messages

Texts are sent only to people who agreed to receive them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Offer texts are described in our Text Offers: Terms & Privacy.

Your choices

• Stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
• Unsubscribe from our emails with the link in any email, or by contacting us.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@homesleepoutlet.com. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as records of sales.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and as long as the law requires (for example, sales and tax records).

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
